1. Regular Exercise

Instead, you should bend your knees and squat. Pull your stomach muscles in and hold the item close to your body. Where possible, pushing heavy objects is better than pulling them.
6. Observe Your Sleeping Position
If you know that you are prone to back pain, let your doctor know about it, and they will suggest the right sleeping position. Consider lying on your side and slightly pulling your knees towards your chest. If you have to sleep on your back, prop one pillow under your knees and another one on your lower back. Sleeping on your stomach is not good for your back.
7. Don’t Wear High Heels
Even though wearing high-heeled shoes once in a while is okay, you should not wear them too often. They change your center of gravity and may put a strain on your lower back.
