The Michigan Medical Marihuana Program (MMMP)
The Bureau of Health Professions registry program is entrusted to administer the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act. This program implements the act’s statutory tenets for public protection and participant confidentiality assurance.
Rules of MMMP
As implemented on January 15, 2015, the marijuana rule provisions include the establishment of a $60-worth application fee charged to the qualifying patients, the required $25 processing fee from caregivers for every criminal background check, and the elimination of the $25 application fee.
Noting the changes in the medical marijuana rules, applicants of the registry cards starting January 15, 2015 are required for the new forms in the FAQ section of this web page. All forms will be provided for certification.
